Lock Open Compression Gas Spring

Product Description

Our Lock Open Compression Gas Springs consist of a standard compression Gas Spring (G) with a special protection sleeve which is on a pivot mounting. This sleeve automatically locks into place when the Gas Spring has reached its full extension, holding your application in the open position. Quickly release the lock by depressing the sleeve and allowing your application to close.

Standard Features

316L Stainless Steel or Mild Steel types available both with Hard Chrome Plated rod.
Strokes from 10mm to 1000mm - Protection Sleeve may be required on longer strokes.
Force range 25N to 7500N.
Valve (V) is standard on all models.
Wide range of End Fittings.
All Spring models can be re-pressurised.
BCP is standard on Mild Steel (E).
Polished is standard on Stainless (S).
