Tension Gas Spring

Product Description

Tension Gas Springs have the rod in and the load from the application pulls the rod out. Typically mounted so they are rod up in the position in which they spend the most time. This allows the oil contained within Gas Spring to lubricate the rod and piston seals.

Standard Features

316L Stainless Steel or Mild Steel types available both with Hard Chrome Plated rod.
Strokes from 10mm to 1000mm - Protection Sleeve may be required on longer strokes.
Force range 25N to 1250N.
Valve (V) is standard on all models.
Wide range of End Fittings.
All Spring models can be re-pressurised.
BCP is standard on Mild Steel (E).
Polished is standard on Stainless (S).
